Long ago when I used to a teenager, I did believe that opposites tend to attract in interpersonal relationships. This means that an extrovert would always choose an introvert as his partner (This was an example). But as I grew up, I understood that this is not the case always. There are successful relationships where both partners have certain common grounds.
